Salter Brothers is pleased to confirm that following an extensive selection process, an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Agreement has been signed with Camillo for its penthouse and apartment development at 40 Upper Heidelberg Road - Candela Ivanhoe.
This means that over the coming months, Salter Brothers and Camillo will work together on detailed designs, with the intention to proceed towards signing a build contract.
Salter Brothers Project Director, Dumindha Ranasinghe said he is very pleased to be progressing the Candela Ivanhoe development towards its construction phase with Camillo, a highly reputable and experienced company with a specialist focus on building high quality boutique developments.
